Meet Five Dots' award-winning Mixologist and Bar Manager, Thanos.Thanos has been in the bar and drinks industry since he was 16 years old. He has worked for renowned and award-winning bars throughout Europe and back in his hometown in Greece, Volos (...he really is a Greek God!) before moving to Brighton 5 years ago, to continue his cocktail artistry.His signature style is creating epic twists on classic cocktail recipes - think old school with a modern twist, sprinkled with a handful of passion.Thanos got inspiration for his own creations within the Five Dots cocktail menu from reading many books, trying a huge variety of spirits, and putting many years of mixing and experimenting into action. Thanos prides himself on creating cocktails that have been inspired by his career, travels and experience.What's your favourite Five Dots cocktail, Thanos?
